Ladies, we invite you to slow down and rediscover what it truly means to be nourished—spirit, soul, and body—through a biblical lens. Together, we will explore how Scripture speaks to mental, physical, and emotional well-being. We will learn how stewardship is not selfish but sacred; caring for ourselves holistically can actually be an act of faith. Through teaching, reflection, and community, we’ll examine how God’s design for wholeness touches every part of our well-being. It's our prayer that you will leave encouraged, equipped, and grounded in truth, with practical tools to cultivate peace, strength, and joy in everyday life.
